CFA Society of Sweden är en av över 130 medlemsföreningar i den internationella organisation för finansanalytiker CFA Institute. CFA Sweden representerar CFA Institute i dess strävan att globalt och lokalt leda utvecklingen av etiska och professionella riktlinjer inom finansbranschen (The Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct). CFA Sweden har dessutom som målsättning att informera om och skapa förtroende för CFA-programmet inom finansbranschen, näringslivet och samhället i övrigt.
