Founded in 2003, CFA Society of Sweden is a non-profit organization consisting of investment professionals in Sweden and in some of the surrounding countries. We also welcome Swedish professionals living abroad and any additional members that wish to support our society.
We seek to offer valuable services to our members, provide a national forum for exchanging ideas, raise awareness of the CFA Program, support CFA candidates, advocate the interest of the Swedish investment community with national and European regulatory authorities, and actively participate in all relevant committees of CFA Institute.
CFA Sweden contributes to the Swedish investment community by bringing:
- Internationalism: CFA Sweden provides a link to global investment practitioners, many of whom are leaders in their field
- Communication. CFA Sweden acts as a focal point for enquiries regarding the CFA Institute, the CFA Program and related issues
- Education: CFA Sweden encourages continuing education by holding educational seminars and also provides support to CFA candidates at all levels
- Professionalism: CFA Sweden promotes a high degree of professionalism among its members and the investment community in general
- Ethics: CFA Sweden promotes a high level of professional conduct. Adherence to the CFA Institute’s Code of Ethics and Standards of professional conduct is a mandatory requirement for both CFA Institute and the members of CFA Society of Sweden.
